New investment project in Northern Cyprus, Esentepe No. 8142

We present to your attention apartments in Northern Cyprus in a new complex under construction in Esentepe.

The new project will be located in Girne, Esentepe/Bahceli district. The project will have two stages of development, with a total of 12 residential blocks and 90 apartments; two stages of construction will be put up for sale simultaneously. The complex is located just 400 m from the sea, 30 km from the center of Girne, 20 km from a large supermarket, 10 km from golf courses, 30 km from Ercan airport.

The following apartment layouts are available for sale in two stages:

Complex infrastructure at stage 1:

A large landscape design area of the project will be occupied by an infinity pool and 6 separate Jacuzzis. Stage 2:

The right and left sections of the common pool have an area of 50 m², and the central four sections have an area of 70 m², the total area of the complex's water zone is 380 m². A total of 5 bridges will be built to cross the pools to the recreation area, one bridge across each pool. The total area of a separate building for infrastructure is 450 m², there will be a large recreation area with service availability in a restaurant and bar, a lobby bar, and a recreation area in the lobby on the terrace. For children there is a large playground.

Completion of construction: 03/31/2025

Possibility of installments until the complex is delivered at intervals of 1-2 months. Minimum prepayment amount; 30% of the sale price.
